It reacts faster in acidic liquid (such as fruit juice), and as the ambient temperature rises, the release gas acts faster. It should be dry, protected from light and sealed. Sodium bicarbonate is a white fine crystal, odorless, non-toxic, salty, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in water presents a weak alkaline, so it can be used as a leavening agent in the process of food production. Sodium bicarbonate will remain sodium carbonate after action, excessive use will make the finished product have alkali taste. Melting point: 270 C. Water solubility: 7.8g / 100ml, 18℃. Density: 2.159 g / c ㎥ (solid). Refractive index (nD): 1.500. Relative molecular mass: 84.01.

5、Character: White powder or tiny crystals, inodorous and salty, easily soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, presenting slightly alkalinity, decomposed when heating. Decomposed slowly when exposd to moist air. Natural soda is firstly dissolved into solution (Na2CO3) and filtrated. The clear solution is then fed to carbonizing tower;accordingly, CO2 is compressed and bubbled up from the bottom of the tower, After carbonization, the slurry will be flowed from the bottom and separated. Dried to the finished product.

Our production adopts the soda carbonization method, and the production unit is basically built with the soda unit, so that the high-temperature soda calcined from this process can be directly used to accelerate the mother liquor liquefaction process and provide qualified alkali liquor for subsequent operations. In order to ensure the full decomposition of excessive NaHCO3 in the mother liquor and reduce the occurrence of NaHCO3 crystal pl ing in the process of alkali liquor transportation, a high material temperature was maintained throughout the operation. Finally, we will completely dry the products through the dryer, screen and classify them through the sieve, and divide them into different grades according to different crystal sizes to meet different needs.

Different from some factories whose carbonization tower does not have a separate cleaning process, but relies on steam heating to dissolve the scar on the carbonization tower plate and send the alkali accumulated at the bottom of the tower. Each time they boil the tower will cause the unbalanced loss of baking soda mother liquor and thus affect the stability of the whole system. However ，we will carry out the pre-carbonization operation, and the pre-carbonized lye will be pumped to the alkali making tower for carbonization and baking soda. This is very effective for improving the carbonization conversion rate of baking soda tower and improving the crystallization quality.
