Working Principle:
Falling film evaporator is to add the material liquid from the upper tube box of the falling film evaporator heating chamber, through the liquid distributor and film forming device, evenly distributed to each heat exchange tube, gravity and vacuum induction and airflow under the action of uniform film flow. In the flow process, the steam is heated and vaporized by the shell passage heating medium, and the steam and liquid phase enter the separation chamber of the evaporator together. After the steam and liquid are fully separated, the secondary steam enters the condenser and condenses (single effect) or enters the next effect evaporator as the heating medium, so as to realize the multi-effect operation, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber. In falling film evaporator, the material to be vaporized enters from the top of falling film evaporator through the feed pump and goes through the evaporation tube (tube length). The material is uniformly distributed into the heat exchange tube in the shape of film through the film distributor and falls along the tube wall in the shape of film under the action of gravity. At the same time, it is heated by the steam outside the tube and vaporizes after reaching the evaporation temperature.
