Explosion-proof hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a reactor for the synthesis of chemical substances provided under certain temperature and pressure conditions. Method of use

   Place the reactant system inside the kettle. When the reactant is corrosive, place it inside the PTFE liner to ensure that the kettle is not corroded. Increase the temperature to the required digestion temperature (less than the specified safe operating temperature) at the specified rate. When the digestion is completed and the temperature is lowered, the prescribed lowering rate must also be strictly followed for safety and for the life of the digestion tank. When the temperature inside the belly is confirmed to be below the boiling point of the solvent of the reactant species, the upper compression wire can only be opened for subsequent operations. Clean the tank promptly after each use to avoid rust and corrosion. Take extra care to clean the wire seals and prevent them from being damaged by bruising.
