PVC Coated Welded Mesh

PVC coated welded mesh is a type of wire mesh that has been coated in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic. The PVC coating provides additional corrosion resistance and protection against wear and tear compared to uncoated wire mesh. Especially, the galvanized welded mesh is coated with two layers of PVC and Zinc which is tightly bonded to the wire by a heat process. They are double protection. Not only does the vinyl coating seal protect the wire from water and other corrosive elements, but also the underlying mesh is also protected by good zinc coating.
