HM400W series melt flow rate tester is based on the test method of GB/T 3682, used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, and polycarbonate , Nylon fluoroplastics and other high polymer measuring instruments adopt industrial PLC programmable controller, touch screen operation platform, Chinese and English liquid crystal display; the automatic temperature control of this machine is divided into manual, time control and automatic three cutting methods from the operation method. It can realize two test methods: mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR); the machine can measure the melting density of raw materials at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
