DA1 Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump

DA1 pump is a single - suction multi - stage sectional type centrifugal pump,for transporting clean water and liquids ,which is similar physical and chemical properties to water.Change the material of impeller, seal ring and shaft sleeve,can be used to remove corrosive media.The temperature of the liquid shall not exceed 80 ℃.Suitable for mine drainage, engineering, urban life, fire water supply.

Structure description

1. The suction inlet of this type pump is located in the water inlet section, in the horizontal direction, discharge opening in the outlet section, vertical upward, the pump assembly is good or not, has a great influence on the performance, especially the outlet of impeller and the inlet center of guide vane, a little deviation will make the flow of the pump reduce, reduce the head, poor efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the assembly after maintenance. If there is any deviation, it must be adjusted.

2. The main parts of pump are inlet section, middle section, outlet section, impeller, guide vane, outlet guide vane, shaft, sealing ring, balance disc, balance ring, shaft sleeve, tail cover and bearing body.

   A.Inlet section, middle section, guide vane, outlet section guide vane, outlet section and tail cover are made of cast iron, forming the workshop of the pump.

   B.The impeller is made of cast iron, there are blades, liquid along the axial unilateral entry,as the impeller front back pressure is not equal, there must be axial force, the axial force by the balance plate to bear. The impeller is manufactured by static balance test.

3. The shaft is made of high quality carbon steel after tempering treatment,the impeller,key, shaft sleeve and shaft sleeve nut are arranged in the middle.One end of the shaft is fitted with coupling component, which is directly connected with the motor.

    

4. The sealing ring is made of cast iron to prevent the high-pressure water of the pump from leaking back to the inlet part. Each sealing ring is fixed on the inlet section and the middle part. It is a wearing part and can be replaced with spare parts after wear.

5. The balance ring is made of wear-resistant cast iron and fixed on the outlet section,which with balance plate together form the balance device. The balance plate is made of wear-resistant cast iron, is mounted on the shaft and located between the outlet section and the tail cover to balance the axial force.

6. The shaft sleeve is made of cast iron, located in the packing chamber, used to fix impeller and protect the pump shaft. It is a wearing part, which can be replaced by spare parts after wear.

7. Bearings are single row centripetal ball bearings lubricated with calcium base butter.

    

The packing plays a sealing role to prevent air from entering . The packing seal is composed of the packing chamber, packing gland, packing ring and packing etc,small amount of high pressure water flows into the packing chamber to act as a water seal,the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, not too tight or too loose,the liquid can bleed drop by drop as the standard, if the packing is too tight, the shaft sleeve is easy to fierce, and the power consumption, the packing is too loose, due to the loss of liquid will reduce the efficiency of the pump.
