Totrizulil sulfone is also known as Patozulil. Coccidiosis is one of the most common and most invasive diseases in poultry, and the harm to the breeding industry is considerable. At present, the main means to control the disease is still drug prevention and control. Patozulide (also known as Poenazulide, toltrizulfoxide, toltrizulfoxide or totriazine sulfone) is a new drug against coccidiosis developed by German bayer company. The drug was approved by the FDA in 2001 for the treatment of central mammalian diseases caused by Chemicalbook coccidians such as Neosporahughsi and Sarcocystis. The most important feature of Patozulil is that it can cross the blood-brain barrier and directly kill protozoa located in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid, effectively relieving EPM symptoms. Studies have shown that patozulil kills coccidioides in animals without affecting the production of their own immunity. With the enhancement of their own immunity, sick animals can gradually get rid of drug dependence. At the same time, studies have shown that pato zulil has a lower level of toxic effect than totrizulil. Therefore, Patozhuli has a better market development and application prospects.

 

Application

Toltrazuril sulfone (Ponazuril) is a metabolite of Toltrazuril (HY-B0175) and has antigenic zoonogenic activity. Toltrazuril sulfone is a triazine anticoccidiosis agent developed for the prevention of coccidiosis in poultry.
