Installation requirements:

Before installing the drain, please use compressed air to thoroughly remove impurities from the pipe. During installation, it is necessary to install this automatic drain under the drainage device of the equipment, otherwise the condensed water will fill up and affect the drainage effect. The drain can be used as an "automatic outlet" or as a conduit to guide the trench.

Maintenance

Inspect the drain once a week.

Operation method: Unscrew the manual drain valve to allow the water in the drain to flow out until the compressed air in the equipment enters the inner cylinder of the ball for a few seconds, and then close the manual valve. If more than 0.5 liter of water is discharged, it indicates that the automatic drain is clogged and must be thoroughly cleaned. The automatic drain must be removed every year to clean the internal fittings. When cleaning, use soapy water or detergent to clean. Do not use solvents to avoid damaging rubber accessories
