1. The density is 7.8 from the steel grade as standard (the density of aluminum is 2.7, therefore, the size of furnace body for melting aluminum is necessary 3 times the furnace body for melting iron).

2.melting time and power consumption / ton are related to equipment capacity, the shape and weight of raw materials, the skill level of worker

4.Supplier offers technicians for installation and adjustment guide, cost will be charged by purchaser.  ($150 labour fee per day.7-10 days usually)

1 Engineer, China transportation cost and air tickets go and back cost will be paid by purchaser;

All destination local accommodation and local transportation costs will be paid by purchaser.

Engineers only provide guidance work. After the contract is signed, the seller shall provide a list of installation materials. The buyer needs to install the foundation and waterway in advance.

5. Quality Guarantee: 1 year. During the warranty period, we will replace the parts free of charge unless the equipment is damaged due to improper use by the customer.

SCR, asbestos board and other consumable parts are not covered by the warranty
