1. Equipment use
This equipment adopts continuous casting and rolling process to produce round aluminum alloy rod (5××× series). The diameter of the aluminum rod produced is Φ9.5mm and Φ7.6mm.
2. Simple process flow
2.1 The process flow is shown as follows:
Aluminum water → insulation furnace (user's own)→ four-wheel continuous casting machine → front drawing machine → rolling shear machine → alignment milling machine → online frequency doubling heater for casting billet → continuous rolling mill → quadratic aluminum rod cooling and lubrication device → rod winding device → double frame winder → aluminum alloy rod.
2.2 The molten aluminum or the prepared molten aluminum is injected into the four-wheel continuous casting machine through the flow trough of the holding furnace, and the trapezoidal ingot with an area of 1500mm2 is continuously cast. The waste ingot is removed by rolling shears, the qualified ingot is fed into the continuous rolling mill to roll out the rod, and the circle is formed by the double-frame closing rod system.
3. Equipment composition
The unit is mainly composed of four-wheel casting machine (integral), front drawing machine, rolling shear machine, straightening milling machine, online heater for casting billet, feeding device, continuous rolling mill system, continuous rolling mill lubricant system, continuous rolling mill emulsion circulation system, quadratic roller type aluminum rod cooling and lubrication system, double frame closing rod system, electrical control system of continuous casting and rolling mill.
