>Feature and function:
Highly advanced pinch pleating machine, designed to execute all steps in the pleating process, such as pleat calculation, machine setting, pleat folding, hook feeding, pleat stitching and pleat tacking. The pleat can be finished either by a spot- or L-tack.
Maximum pleat-range 99, 99 meter unpleated fabric; Minimum pleat-distance 75 mm. The indexer ensures a smooth feeding of the curtain in the machine, allowing the operator to control several machines. Thanks to the constant and tension free feeding a very high, uniform and consistent pleat quality is achieved and maintained.
Machine pre-programmed for the production of double and triple pleats with embedded high quality hooks in the length of 55, 75 or 95 mm. Large hook container, stores up to 100 hooks.
Easy to operate by user-friendly step-by-step LCD touch-screen. Machine also available in a 5" (127 mm) version. Highest pleat quality and uniformity by sophisticated automatism!

The user-friendly touch screen interface allows the operator to program the machine in a visual way. The operator does not have too experienced in pleating techniques.
The software has a help function for the complete process.
The world-wide patented seam positioning system guarantees the highest quality in finishing, because of the fact that the seam can be positioned wherever you like in the curtain. Just think of a seam only a few millimetres away from the pleat, making it almost invisible.
