ECTFE Parts Grade Grade Resin

1. Product Introduction

The ECTFE parts grade resin is a kind of white powder with excellent chemical corrosion resistance with PH value range from 1 to 14. 

It has very good melt fluidity properties which could be proceed into pipe, pump, valve, film and other parts via extrusion injection molding procedure. ECTFE resin now be widely used in electronics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries related.

3. Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation

     3.1Mark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc. 

      3.2Package

This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of (20 ± 0.2kg) per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product

certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, brand

(specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the Demander shall negotiate separately. Storage

After three months, shaking the drum every week to avoid the deposition.

     3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.

     3.4Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
