Baske Filter Housing--Removing large-size impurities from piping systems

 

Basket filters filter out particulate impurities in liquids and gases and protect the pipelines for transporting various liquids and gases.

A basket filter is a small device for removing a small number of solid particles in a liquid, mainly composed of the main body, filter basket, flange, and fasteners. Installed on the pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that the machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments can work and operate normally, so as to stabilize the process and ensure safe production.

When the fluid enters the filter basket with a built-in filter screen of a certain specification, the impurities are blocked, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, open the drain outlet at the bottom of the main body, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, take out the filter basket and clean it, then reinstall it.

Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

 

Basket filters are used on oil or other liquid pipelines, the filtering pore area is 2-3 times larger than the through-hole pipe area, far exceeding the filtering area of Y-type and T-type filters, and the filtering precision is excellent.
