The pet pellet food production line consists of several machines that work together to produce pet food. The first machine is the mixer, which mixes all the ingredients, including meat, grains, and vegetables. The mixture is then fed into the extruder, where it is cooked under high pressure. The extruder uses a screw to push the mixture through a die, which gives the food its shape. The shaped food is then cut into pellets of the desired size and sent to the dryer. The dryer dries the pellets to remove any moisture, thus increasing their shelf life. After drying, the pellets are sent to the flavoring machine, where they are coated with various flavors to make them tasty for pets. Finally, the pellets are packed in bags or containers and ready for sale.

Main Machine

Twin Screw Extruder

The twin screw machine consists of a modulation system, a feeding system, an extrusion system, a rotary cutting system, a heating system, a transmission system, and a control system.
The host adopts frequency converter speed regulation technology, making the equipment powerful, running smoother, and more energy-efficient.
The forced lubrication system ensures a longer lifespan of the equipment transmission part. If the oil pump is not turned on, the extruder cannot be turned on to avoid starting without oil.

Dryer

The oven has a compact structure, small footprint, large drying area, small surface area, low heat dissipation, and high thermal efficiency
The insulation board is made of stainless steel material, which is hygienic and clean. There is insulation material in the middle of the protective board.
Tunnel drying, with adjustable mesh belt running speed to adjust the drying time of feed in the oven, and equipped with accurate temperature control device for easy adjustment.

Flavroing machine

Transfer the dehydrated and dried feed to a drum and spray it with various oils and flavor attractants. Feed particles come out of the oven and are transported to a single drum by an elevator. While the drum rotates uniformly clockwise, an oil spray machine is used to spray certain fats on the surface, while spices, grain flour, meat powder, etc. adhere to the surface.
The brackets of the equipment are all composed of stainless steel square tubes.
