This line is our minimum capacity :500kg/h, which can be divided into cold and hot washing line. Suitable for customers who are new to this industry or low-budget customers. Generally, ,the cold washing line mainly including:conveyor belt(with metal detector), label remover, sorting conveyor, crusher, screw loader, floating washing tank, high-speed friction washing machine, dewatering machine, and silo storage. After these machines the labels, caps, rings, glue, sediment and other dirties can be removed effectively and finally get clean and dry PET flakes. The hot washing line adds a hot washing tank based on the cold washing line for better remove the oil and glue.
