It is important to understand that Honeycomb HEPA Activated Carbon Filter will not reduce all pollutants. Dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium will remain the same. However, the smaller the pore size of the filter, the more contaminants are removed. This is because the particles are too large to pass through the pores.
