Bright Annealing Machine
This furnace is proffessional for stainless steel pipe solution heating. With IGBT system, consumption could be reduced at least 20-30%. Customized service acceptable.

EQUIPMENT FEATURES:
• Constant temperature: the temperature detection of the insulation section is conducted by directly pl ing the platinum-rhodium thermocouple with high precision and high temperature resistance into the furnace for detection. The actual temperature in the furnace is detected.
• Easy installation: there is no need to replace the quartz tube to facilitate maintenance and save installation time.
• Energy saving: rated power: 9-12KW, the room temperature rises to 1050°C, the time is about 15min, the insulation section after reaching 1050 insulation temperature only needs 5-8A current to maintain the temperature, will not increase the actual output power because of the size of the steel pipe and the increase of the production line speed.
• More humanized: the insulation section only needs to set the insulation temperature once, and it will not need to be manually adjusted because of the changes in the size of steel pipe specifications and the speed of the production line.
