1. put the machine ready on floor, set cable switch the board wall of machine side .

2. after chickens and ducks killed, put ducks in warm water (about 30 degrees), so it is best to put some salt in warm water, to avoid the epidermal damage.

3. put the chicken soaked on the hot water in about 75 degrees hot, and stir with a stick to make the body hot evenly.
