Introduction:

Iron Powder Briquetting Machine is mainly used to briquette charcoal leftover, small pieces of charcoal, charcoal waste, etc. and make them be fully used to increase its economic value. Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material. 

• Because charcoal waste is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
• We also produce four-rollers charcoal briquette machine: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal briquette machine, which can press charcoal waste two times. 

(1) For BBQ charcoal waste briquette machine, we offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic.

(2) Charcoal waste is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.

Iron Powder Briquetting Machine Customer Notice:

(1) Inlet raw material need less than 5mm, as all know, the smaller the material, the better the briquettes. 

(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged. 

(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%. 

(4)  A certain proportation of binder and charcoal waste, we will offer details after we finished the order for free.
