The buckwheat seed processing line is one of Qiaopa’s patented products with independent intellectual property. It consists of two units: cleaning & sizing unit, dehulling & separating unit.

Cleaning & sizing unit can clean out various impurities in buckwheat seeds, then size the seeds into 7 grades.

De-hulling & separating unit can complete the dehulling, shell-removing, automatic seed-kernel separating of buckwheat, which can also separate the fine chips from the whole kernels. No hot water pretreatment required, this equipment adopts dry method for dehulling. It features easy operation, high output of buckwheat kernels, high percentage of whole kernel, thoroughly clean separation works of shells and kernels, etc.

Cleaning & sizing unit consists of input hopper, spiral elevator, multi-functional cleaner, bucket elevator, grader 1, grader 2, grader 3, electrical control cabinet.
