1、 Overview
The YF-25 outer diameter measurement and control device is a high-precision measurement and control device that uses the principle of laser scanning for non-contact online measurement. It is mainly used in the production lines of various wires, cables, and pipes to measure the outer diameter and adjust the speed of the extruder screw or traction machine to achieve the purpose of controlling the outer diameter. It can also be used for measuring the outer diameter and dimensions of machined workpieces. Equipped with auxiliary devices, it can be used for measuring the taper, roundness, axial runout, etc. of various rotating bodies, in accordance with the national standard JJF1250-2010 Laser Caliber Measurement Specification.
YF-25 model applicable range:
Cable industry: various wires and cables, local area network (LAN) cables, coaxial optical cables, optical fibers, flat cables, RF cables, communication cables, power cables. Mainly for the measurement and automation control of the extruder production line.
Wire industry: nylon wire, plastic wire, textile wire, copper wire, copper rod, steel wire, etc.
