Arc-1000pvd ARC deposition coating machine
The PVD coating is carried out in a vacuum chamber by an evaporation process. Titanium is evaporated by magnetron sputtering or multiple arcs. We use these two technologies to produce PVD systems. Positively charged titanium ions are mixed with nitrogen, argon, acetylene or oxygen to form a plasma. The positively charged titanium plasma is attracted to the negatively charged workpiece, resulting in a thin, uniform coating on the workpiece.
