The factory covers an area of 39600 square meters and a building area of 26400 square meters. We have 1 8000 ton hydraulic press, 1 4000 ton hydraulic press, 1 8-meter ring rolling machine, and 2 5-meter ring rolling machines, as well as more than 80 supporting discharge machines, mechanical arms, forklifts, large CNC vertical trucks, CNC drilling machines, and heat treatment furnace mechanical processing equipment. We have a complete set of intermediate frequency elbow hot push machines, reducer hot mold presses, three-way cold extrusion oil presses, advanced testing equipment, and complete product testing methods. Our product quality is stable, and our annual production capacity is 45000 tons. The main materials include low-temperature alloy, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and other national standard flanges, which can meet the processing requirements of forgings with a diameter of 50 to 8000mm, a height of 1200mm, and a weight of less than 30 tons.
