1 Overview

The product is a new type of machine further improved and developed by our company after introducing nationally and internationally advanced technology. As a high-tech product with optical, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical integration, the product is applied for cartoning packaging of aluminum-plastic tablets, medicine bottles, cosmetics, poker, electronic products, daily commodities and other similar products. It can automatically complete such procedures as leaflet folding, carton opening, article placing into carton batch number printing, carton sealing, etc. The machine can be used singly or work with other equipment to form a complete production line.

2 Features

It adopts PLC automatic control system and variable frequency speed control. The electrical components are all products of world famous brands.

Photoelectric monitoring of the actions of all parts. In case of any abnormality during operation, the corresponding part will be displayed and the machine will be stopped automatically to eliminate the abnormality.

It can automatically eliminate packaging materials that are short of plates or leaflets.

In case of shortage of material plates or leaflets, the carton will not carry out feeding automatically.

Stable performance, simple and convenient operation and small floor space.

The machine can replace the workload of 10-15 workers.
