1 Equipment characteristics

The AB double-liquid glue filling machine adopts screw pump/gear pump and imported motor to precisely control the rotation speed and angle of the pump to precisely proportion AB glue. The proportioning accuracy is 2%. Flexible proportioning on demand, manual filling while mixing Glue, save glue to the maximum extent;

Accurate glue distribution: use imported gear pump, the glue output can reach 1.2CC/revolution, equipped with A and B glue level alarm function, can prevent the phenomenon of glue breaking in time, curing agent and glue halo monitor to prevent glue. The glue does not dry when the glue is broken;

Multiple filter system: the glue is from the glue barrel to the glue head, using multiple filters to prevent impurities from entering the glue barrel and cause the pump to jam;

It can be integrated with a heating device and equipped with a stirring device to prevent glue precipitation;

The operation is simple, multiple sets of parameters can be stored, and the product parameters can be recalled and press the start button during production.
