3、 Application of Spray Coating Production Line
At present, there are three common types of coating production lines in the market: electrostatic powder coating line (referred to as electrophoresis line), impregnated paper layer coating line, and cathodic electrophoresis coating line. The advantage of electrostatic powder coating is that the coating has good uniformity and corrosion resistance, but it requires specialized power facilities for stable operation and relatively high maintenance costs. The impregnation paper layer method uses specialized paper as an adsorption medium to complete the entire coating process, and can achieve automated operation without the need for an external power supply. 1. Loading machine
The main function is to feed raw materials and deliver them to the machinery and equipment used in the next process.
