(6) Effective cathode diameter: ≥17.5mm;

(7) Field of view cleanliness requirements: The maximum number of black spots (bright spots) of different sizes allowed in each partition should meet the requirements of the following table.

(8)Defects visible to the human eye are allowed within the field of view: stripes, shadows, black lines, and white lines.
