Teflon coated glass fiber cloth is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as the king of plastics) emulsion as raw material, impregnated with high-performance glass fiber cloth. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product. Due to its excellent performance, it is widely used in papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, grinding wheel slicing, machinery and other fields.

Main performance characteristics of Teflon conveyor belt

1. Used between low temperature -70℃ and high temperature 260℃, it has weather resistance and anti-aging. After actual application, if it is placed at a high temperature of 250℃ for 200 days, not only the strength will not decrease, but also the weight will not decrease; placed at a high temperature of 350℃ for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; it will not crack at an ultra-low temperature of -180℃, and maintain its original softness.

2. Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean various oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, coating can be easily removed.

3. Chemical corrosion resistance, strong acid, strong alkali and various organic solvents.

4. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5‰), high strength. It has good mechanical properties.

5. Anti-bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameters.

6. Chemical resistance. Almost all pharmaceutical items can be resisted.

7. Fire retardant.

8. Air permeability---the air permeability of the conveyor belt, reduce heat source consumption, and improve drying efficiency.
