working principle:
The working principle of the palm spiral oil press is mainly based on pressure and friction. In the fixed space of the squeezing cage, two opposing squeezing screws (spiral shafts) engage with each other in a special way, generating continuous squeezing force. Palm fruit or kernels are subjected to gradually increasing pressure and friction under the push of the snail, thereby squeezing the oil from the kernels. The pressed oil flows out from the gaps in the squeezing cage, while the fruit residue is pressed into flaky cakes and discharged from the end of the squeezing shaft.

The oil extraction process of a palm screw press can be divided into three stages:
1. Feeding (pre pressing) section: Palm fruits or kernels enter the squeezing chamber through the feeding hopper and begin to be subjected to initial compression.
2. Main oil extraction stage: Under the continuous rotation of the screw, the kernels are subjected to gradually increasing pressure and friction, and a large amount of oil is squeezed out.
3. Cake making (heavy pressure oil extraction) section: The fruit residue is further compressed into a cake shape, while the residual oil is also squeezed out to ensure maximum oil yield.
