Perforated Base Insulation Hangers are fabricated out of mild steel with the pin attached for impaling and installation on various thermal materials such as fiberglass boards or glasswool boards. These pins base is 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches metal base with a vertical pin attached. The typical perforated insulation pin diameter is 12 gauge and 14  gauge and the self-locking washers are used to lock the material to the pin. 

After installing the insulation, you can use them or the dome cap and pin to wipe to fix the insulation. In addition, these workpieces have no adhesive tape on the base. There are 44 small holes on the base, which are used to grab adhesives or allow screws to fix the base in place, which can help you achieve good results.
