It is mainly used for high-temperature medium transmission and heat transfer conditions in nuclear power, solar power generation, chlor-alkali chemical industry, phenylanhydride, synisic anhydride, acrylic acid, fluorine chemical industry, refrigerant, alumina, melamine, organic chemical industry and other industries.

Overview of the products

Achimie series of high temperature molten salt pump is an RY type upgrade product developed and designed on the basis of RY molten salt pump according to users and the structure of similar foreign products.

Achimie series is more complete than the alternative product RY molten salt pump product series, longer service life, and from a single molten salt transport, and then converted to the molten salt, and can be used as high temperature chemical materials transport, medium use temperature <850℃.

Achimie series in the design fully considers the cooling of the transmission part, the sealing of the conveying medium saturated steam and other working conditions, the original RY pump structure has been made a lot of improvement and verified through the test.

1. The bearing part is equipped with cooling device so that the working environment of the bearing is not affected by high temperature medium.

2. The cooling water is in direct contact with the shaft, and the high temperature of the medium will not be transmitted to the rotating part due to the shaft.

3. Unique structure to ensure that the cooling water does not enter the medium.

4. There is no need to repair the high-temperature resistant sealing device, so that the saturated steam of the conveying medium does not escape, (especially in the working condition of conveying molten salt, even a small amount of nitrite saturated steam is also harmful to human body and carcinogenic.)

A combination of high temperature, corrosion and wear resistant materials, so that Achimie series of high temperature liquid pump is not only suitable for such as: membrane method of solid alkali, organic fluorine cracking use of binary and ternary component of molten salt, can also be used in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum cracking and other devices of high temperature fluid transmission. Because the heat is completely eliminated to the transmission part, so the Achimie series pump compared with the same type of high-temperature liquid pump (molten salt pump) life is greatly improved.
