1. Field screen display: The field screen displays the concentration value detected by the current sensor in real-time;

2. Sound and light alarm: Three different frequencies of sound correspond to different working conditions;

3. LED: Three different colors of LED display the current status, green - normal, yellow - fault, red - alarm;

4. Infrared remote control: no need to open the cover, more convenient.

Function Description:

2. Interactive Function:

1) Infrared remote control: No need to open the cover operation, address, alarm value, calibration value, test value support digital key input;

2) Time: Real time display with an error within 30 seconds;

3) Relay: Three way (220V, 5A) normally open relay output, high-power devices can be externally extended with intermediate relays;

3. Alarm record:

1) Record the time when the alarm occurred;

2) Record the concentration value at the time of the alarm occurrence;

3) Can cyclically store 40 alarm records; When not entered into the query, only the alarm values and alarm times that occurred in the recent time are displayed.

3) Parameters:  Unit:% VOL,% LEL, umol/mol, mg/m3, ug/m3 (umo/mol and mg/m3 can be converted); Accuracy: 1, 0.1, 0.01; Gas range: can be selected according to customer requirements.

4) Implementation standard: GB15322.1-2003 2. Settings:

1) Internal settings: Gas type, gas unit, gas range, sensor range can be set; 2) Address setting: The address value can be any value between 1-255; 3) Alarm settings: switchable alarm types, set low and high limit values; 4) Time setting: Set the current time to better record operating conditions.

3. Zeroing, calibration, and testing:

1) Zeroing: Enter the zeroing interface to perform zeroing, which is easy and simple to operate;

2) Calibration: Upon entering the calibration interface, you can use the up and down keys to fine tune the calibration values, or enter numerical values using the numeric keypad;

3) Testing (entering the testing interface):

① 0 value (i.e. 4mA);

② Select the range and conduct tests at 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1x;

③ Adjust the current value by pressing the up and down keys for fine adjustment, or by typing numerical values on the numeric keypad to improve the linearity of 4-20mA.
