Product Features

1. High purity, a large amount of multi-core aluminum hydroxide complexes with positive charges, stable morphology, can effectively promote flocculation and sizing.

2. The appearance is pure white, with low iron content, which can meet the needs of producing high-quality paper.

3. As a sizing precipitant, white polyaluminum chloride is a pre hydrolyzed product of aluminum chloride. The degree of hydrolysis is relatively low, and the pH value of pulp decreases less than that of aluminum sulfate. Can be used in acidic and neutral environments, greatly reducing corrosion to the system and making white water treatment easier. It can be filled with inexpensive calcium carbonate fillers, which not only reduces production costs, improves the whiteness and folding resistance of paper, but also overcomes the inevitable slipping and difficult control of sizing degree of synthetic rubber materials (such as AKD). When using white polyaluminum chloride as a sizing agent, the retention and drainage functions of the slurry are significantly improved.

 

Usage and precautions:

1. For polyaluminum chloride used in water treatment, in order to achieve the best use effect and economic benefits, users can determine the dosage of polyaluminum chloride through experiments based on different water quality conditions. Dilute to a concentration of around 5% based on the percentage content of Al2O3 in the product.

2. The dosage of the drug is generally 1-15g/T for solid products. Due to different water quality, the specific dosage is determined by the user based on the actual experimental amount;

Packaging and Storage:

1. External plastic woven bag lined with plastic film. Each bag weighs 25 kilograms. It can also be customized according to user requirements.
