GIM is a newly invented additive material for PE/PP plastic resin.

GIM is a kind of white granules, made from patent materials and has character of full-degradable & non-toxic. It means GIM may be applied for any PP/PE plastic products in high quality of medical and food ware which is regulated by EU, Japan, and USA.

GIM is served in highest quality and relative lower cost then the regular PE and PP fresh materials in market.
 

GIM has general applications in plastic production that are good to be used between 128℃and -40℃.

1.  GIM can be used as a kind of additive material to replace 10% ~ 50% PP or PE resin in manufacturing plastic products. GIM can even be used for additive up to 35%~80% of resin materials in manufacturing some of the tableware.  As the said results, the materials cost of the products is lower.  Furthermore, the character of PE&PP can be changed by GIM too.  For example, the tensile strength is increased by adding GIM with PE as well as the hardness is increased by adding GIM with PP.

2.  Products can be environmental friendly with fully-degrading character by adding specific full-degrading substance of patent GIM materials during the production.  Therefore, GIM makes the cost lower for producers. Producers may prevent environment pollution from selling “single use & disposable” tableware with full-degradable GIM additive, such as forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, bowels, plates, cups and bottles etc, and any PE/PE based plastic products.

3.    GIM is good to be used for production more then 10,000 kinds of plastic products.
