Machine Features
Mechanical forced floating die compacting technology with function of threes stage pressing, i.e. pre-pressing, compressing and top pressing, which results in uniform density and precise weight control.
Upper punch holding mechanism with force adjustable helps to eliminate lamination cracks due to product expansion during ejection.
The motions of pressing travel, withdrawaltravel,top pressing travel, powder filling height and pressing speed are infinitely variable with visual scales.
Various tool adaptors including multi-platen are available. Slide-in design makes tool adaptor setup easy and fast.
Press motions are controlled by PLC and each step of pressing processes is displayed. Digital rotary encoder is installed to monitor he main shaft angle.
Optimum protection against overload and too; rupture are designed. Perfect safety measures both for the machine and operators are done.
Extension possibilities to proportional hydraulics as well as electronic monitoring and control devices is able to be realized. Additional functions can be added to meet the different applications, such as auto pick up system.
