when system voltage of load fluctuate ,it iwll influence the wave of rectified voltage output,it isill stabilize the voltage via changing the reaction of the saturated reactor ..Due the charging current is a variable,and system voltage is a variable as well .these two changing values will make charging voltage changed .consequently is iwll influence the charging effect ,after ann the voltage stabilized device,it can make the output voltage within 5+1%setting.
