The 3CX1500A3 is a forced air cooled, ceramic—metal hign-mu amplifier factor triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode which is designed for mainly used in zero-bias RF amplifier in Class B or Power Amplifier in Class C and Oscillator and also used in grounded-grid FM Amplifier. The most attractive of the tube is that a power gain as hign as twenty times can be obtained at grounded-grid operating.
