The unit was designed on the basis of our many y ears experience and introducing advanced abroad technology,it suit for diversified material,such as PP、PS、PET、HL PS、PE、PVC、EVA、EVOH to make single or multi-layers co-extrusion,The sheets can be used for stationery board,drink cups,jelly cups,decorative board,packing bowl and boxes,etc.
Characteristic
- Big screw length diameter ratio,fine plasticizing effect and even sheet thickness;
- High precision distributing device and channdl structure to ensure equal flow speed on whole section snd even pressure;I
- Polished calender rollers ensure even surface temperature;
- Multi-layers sheets (or compound sheets)shall be compounded according to products application and choosing materials with different performances(or different colors),such as PP、(color)/PP、GPPS/HLPS、(color or regenerating)/HTPS、PP/EVA/EVOH/EVA/PP,HLPS/EVA/PE, etc.
