The concrete pump reducing pipe or Concrete pump reducer is made through oil press pressing the low carbon seamless steel pipe ( AISI 1020) . The inner wall of the concrete pump reducing pipe is carburized and then quenched. The quenching layer thickness is from 0.04” to 0.06” and its hardness is from HRC58 to HRC 62. The wear resistance of the concrete pump reducer is improved greatly so that its service life is as 2 times as normal concrete pump reducing pipe. The service life is about 20000 cubic meters.

Twin wall concrete pump reducer , Inner wall can reach 62~68 HRC and the service life of it can increase 3~5 times. Fitting to Schwing, Putzmeister, Sany, Zoomlion ,etc concrete pumping truck.
