A. Computerized Gas Pressure Test Stand
1. Brief Introduction
This test stand adopt the computer and PLC to control automatically, the whole process of the test is controlled by computers automatically, all tests about setting and operating can be finished on this automatic control cabinet, the computer can draw the pressure-time curve automatically, and store all of the data, you can print out the experiment report at any time. Computer release pressure automatically and manual release pressure device is further more safe and reliable. Advanced technology, it is safe and reliable adopt the imported key parts of air driven pump and ultrahigh-pressure valves, all of pipelines and so on.
This test stand use compressed air as power source, adopt the air-driven pump as the pressure source. Output is proportional to the source air pressure. We can adjust the output gas pressure stepless speed changes through control the source air drive pressure. Pump stop automatically when gas pressure force and the air drive force is balanced to create a stall condition. At this point, the pump will maintain the pressure without energy consumption. Pumps will cycle with a slight drop in the output pressure, carry on pressure compensation. We can control the movement frequency of the pump through controlling the air source flow, thus control the output flow of the system. This test stand has paper recording instrument, it can record and save the pressure value automatically. It benefits read the value on the Numeric LED display. This tester has some advantages such as small, light, easy to operate, safe and reliable, applicable range in extensive, the output pressure adjustable, pressure can be controlled and so on.
