BT300 is an electronic combustion engine control unit that integrates a fuel/air ratio control system. The system can connect up to 3 servo actuators and an optional module for combustion fan speed control (analog control). Simultaneously integrated with gas valve group leak detection, flame monitoring, power supply, and an optional CO/O2 controller for control and optimization of fuel and gas forced blast combustion engines.
The BT300 is suitable for almost all combustion devices, with safety interlocks, monitoring (such as gas and air pressure), and sensors directly wired to the BT300, greatly reducing the need for additional relays and wiring. The BT300 is designed for installation on the combustion engine body, reducing wiring and cost. Therefore, BT300 is particularly suitable for integrated standard combustion engines. The compact design of the BT300 combustion engine control system can also demonstrate its superiority during deb ing. The standardized wiring and operation interface minimize error sources from the beginning. In addition, intelligent display information makes fault diagnosis easier.
The BT300 has the following five designs:
BT320- Control output of 2 servo actuators -1 continuous output of 0 10 V, 0/4 20 mA is used for speed control of the combustion fan and requires a matching module VSM100 (optional) - intermittent operation
BT330- Control output of 3 servo actuators -1 continuous output of 0 10 V, 0/4 20 mA is used for speed control of the combustion fan and requires a matching module VSM100 (optional) - it can operate continuously, but must be equipped with a continuous flame detector
The functional scope of BT331 and BT330 is the same, but includes the following certifications: - DIN EN 61508:2002 parts 1-7 for SIL 3- Performance Level PLE according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1
BT340- Control output of 3 servo actuators - Fuel gas fuel type switching through DFM300 module -1 continuous output of 0 10 V, 0/4 20 mA is used for speed control of the combustion fan and requires a matching module VSM100 (optional) - it can operate continuously, but must be equipped with a continuous flame detector
The functional scope of BT341 and BT340 is the same, but includes the following certifications: - DIN EN 61508:2002 parts 1-7 for SIL 3- Performance Level PLE according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1. The ignition timing and fuel/air ratio control of the combustion engine can be adjusted through parameter settings to adapt to wide combustion conditions. The fuel and gas modes of BT300 can be set to start with or without ignition branches, and the built-in gas valve group can run for leak detection before ignition and/or after shutting off the combustion engine. According to EN676, in gas mode, there can be no forward blowing during ignition timing. During operation, the fuel/air ratio output curve can be optimized through the use of CO/O2 control (option function) to counteract factors that interfere with combustion and ensure that the device operates with the highest possible efficiency. The operating status and fault information are displayed in symbols and numbers through the UI300 user panel. Special settings of the device and editing of fuel/air control curves can be operated through the UI300 user panel.
