1. Alumina ceramics: Alumina ceramic is widely used in textile, electronic, semiconductor, automotive, machinery, solar energy and other industries. The high purity alumina content of 99.9% can be made into molten glass to replace platinum crucible. Employing its light transmittance and alkali metal corrosion resistance, it can be used as sodium tube; in the electronics industry, it can be used as integrated circuit substrate and high-frequency insulating materials.
2. Mainly include: Y-TZP ball, dispersing and grinding media, nozzle, valve seat, zirconia mould, mini fan, optical fiber, optical fiber axis pin sleeve, wire drawing die and cutting tool wear, tool, case and strap, golf ball rod and other light at room temperature wear parts etc. In the aspect of functional ceramics, the zirconia ceramics has electric performance parameters of sensitive, mainly used in oxygen sensors, solid oxide fuel cell (SoildO xideFu elCe II, SO FC) and high temperature heater etc. ZrO2 has a higher rate of refractive index (N-21^22), add a coloring elements in zirconium oxide superfine powder of (V205, Mo03, Fe203 etc.), it can be made into colorful translucent polycrystalline ZrO2 materials, like natural gem like flashing blew light, can be made into all kinds of ornaments. In addition, zirconium oxide is widely used in the field of thermal barrier coating, catalyst carrier, medical, health, refractory material, textile etc.
3. MICROWAVE CERAMICS: Microwave dielectric ceramics is mainly used as such microwave components as resonators, filters, dielectric antennas, dielectric guided-wave circuits and so on. It can be used for mobile communication, satellite communication and military radar and other aspects. With the rapid development of science and technology, the rapid increase in the amount of communication information, as well as people's demand for wireless communication, the use of such microwave communication systems as satellite communication and direct broadcast satellite television has become an inevitable trend of the development of communication technologies. This makes the demand for microwave materials in the civilian sides gradually increase, such as mobile phones, car phones, cordless cellular phones and other new appliances like mobile communication and direct broadcast satellite television.
4. Non-inductive resistor: When power, high pressure, or low sense and other working conditions exist at the same time, GDR resistor can provide you with a simple and economic solution.
