Rice Husk carbonization for Premelted Ladle Covering Flux 

It is with the advantages of small volume weight, good of spreading, small LOI (loss on ignition) and no pollution. It can immediately cover the molten-steel and form a two-tier structure. Upper is loose solid grain for keeping insulation; lower is molten-slag for absorbing impurity and avoiding molten-steel re-oxidation. It is with suitable slag B/A (base/acid), no harm to ladle lining. Extensive use shows its feature of moderate melting temperature, good absorption ability, perfect insulation, weak sintering degree and no crust, etc.
