This serises adopts the sterilization principle of mixed pressure by air and steam. Through one or several double-speed air blowers with high energy, the mixed gas compellingly cycle in the middle of sterilizing products. This not only provides better heat penetrability, but slso guarantees the even distrbution of temperature. Fine working case body and chamber

Rectangle case body with the strengthen tendon is designed and made according to the 《Steel Pressure Vessel》 standard and 《Pressure Vessel Technical Detection Regulation 》. The inside layer and all pipes are made by good quality 316L stainless steel. The remain bacterium propagate and medium corrosion can be avoided because of the bright-finished.

Cylinder-driving device is the pioneer in the same occupation in domestic market. It is easy to operate without maintain. The reliable mechanical electric interlock make ensure the safe operating.

The gasket ring is made of good quality silicone rubber which can resist 200℃ and higher temperature. The unique inner gas-filled structure ensure the seal tightness.

The sterilizing for the plastical vessel, the temperature and pressure parameters is depending to the liquid and vessel material. The any pressure changes must be connected with the temperature correctly. The burst, distort and color changing are avoided by the PID temperature control technology, accuracy real-time pressure tracking and the rapid cooling which can get the international standard.

After sterilizing introduce the cooling water into the condensing coil group to condense the steam. Then evaporate the water through two-speed air blower make the gas convected in the chamber to rapid cooling and drying.
