Scopes of application

This product is an excellent antioxidant for natural 、synthetic rubber and latex. And it showed perfect performances on preventing ozone aging、traction wave aging、fatigue aging as well as aging caused by thermal、oxygen 、light. Normally antioxidant 4010NA is applicable to tires、inner tires、rubber tube、plaster and industrial products.

Usages

With the properties of low mp and easy dispersed in rubber compound, 4010NA can disperse well-proportioned by using roll-mixer and banbury mixer. It doesn’t have any adverse effects on vulcanization properties of rubber compound. Showing activation for accelerator DM and CZ. high solubility than antioxidant 4010 in rubber compound. The max consumption is 3 proportions.
