The series of circular loom use polypropylene or polyethylene plastic flat yarn to weave cylinder weaving cloth. Our circular looms have a long history, unique technology and a broad absorption in the long-term experience in actual production. Performance and characteristics:

1) the use of domestic original and advance roller track to achieve high-speed weaving, rotate speed ≥ 140 rev / min. Its weaving speed is faster than the normal four woven circular loom which increased by 50% and it’s faster than the previous roller circular loom with a better stability.

2) Transit detection devices to realize real-time monitoring of warp or weft. It can to achieve position-indicating, and automatically shut down for the broken warp and weft.

3) The tension of warp and weft can be automatic controlled. The surface of woven bags is smooth and beautiful.

4) Micro-electronic control, automatic meter and digital display.

5) Intelligent control upgrade replaces the traditional mechanical weft gear transform.

6) The tracks of circular loom’s shuttle are hard chrome plated. It greatly enhanced wear resistance.

7) The main machine uses frequency conversions and starts steadily.

8) There is hyperbolic cam, nylon slider, brown frame of slider structure. The turned oil pump to force oil bath lubrication with less wear and low maintenance costs.
