4L-8L linear filling production line is specially used for filling 4L (1-gallon)


to 8L (2-gallon) bottled water. The entire line is composed of bottle-loading device,


rinsing machine with continuously sterilizing system, linear filling machine,


capping machine and cap/label film steam shrink and conveyance system. 



Filling time is controlled by the PLC.
The machine adopts high quality stainless steel frame (No.Z304).
The machine design appurtenance is beautiful, easy operation, maintenance and working


stable.



It is a good machine line for the all shapes of bottles.
