The translator with experience, training, technical background matching customer’s material shall be assigned for the job; the interpreter who understand the specified industry knowledge and knows the professional terms shall be arranged for the task;

Using the CAT tools such as Trados, DeJa Vu and Wordfast, these applications can keep the consistency of the terms and style in the target version;
Each translation shall be proofed by another experienced linguist and then double checked by the project manager before delivery.
