Product Description
The potato granule is made of the high quality potatoes by slicinng, steam cooking and drying method. But the way of drying is different from that of potato flake. It is dried by airflow dryer and fluid bed dryer, and they can further keep the nutrient, color, taste and smell of the potatoes. The product technics of the potato granule is the same as potato flake before the backfilling. Then use the steam cooked mashed potatoes and dried granule to backfill and stir. These granule can absorb the moisture of the mashed potatoes,and finally form the granule product by airflow dryer and fluid bed dryer.
