This tester examines the quality of rotor by testing the motor output torque which combines with rotor and standard stator. Industry PC and PLC are the control center of the tester. It adopts the high-accuracy torque sensor, cooperate servo motor and test the system as load ,combine with rotor test system which makes up with power meters. Fast loading and unloading fixture is of high accuracy, it is convenient to load and unload and the tested rotor, improved the speed of testing (test time is 13sec/pcs). The adjustable steady voltage of large capacity power guarantees the steady voltage while testing, high-power water-cooling and air-cooling system make it keep under the temperature. Test software real-time SPC analysis all test data, so that it controls the quality of the products.

Because aluminium stick of the cage rotor in a sealed trough ditch which is not easy be close, the aluminium stick quality test method is largely redistricted. Further more, electromagnetic characteristic of the rotor evaluation is going on under the environment in the laboratory.
